This page gives general website and engagement information for Taxcandid Accountants Ltd. Detailed client engagement terms are provided during onboarding and, where the online quote generator is used, the accepted terms version is recorded as part of the quote acceptance evidence process.
Online quote and sign-up terms
The quote generator uses versioned terms. When a client accepts online sign-up terms, the system records the quote reference, terms version, terms hash, acceptance date and other evidence. Clients should not rely on a changing live page as the only record of accepted terms.
Professional acceptance
Any online quote or sign-up request remains subject to review, client due diligence, AML checks, professional clearance where applicable, service scope confirmation and acceptance by Taxcandid Accountants Ltd.
Fees and scope
Guide prices and online quotes are based on the answers provided. Additional fees may apply for historic or overdue work, poor records, high transaction volume, specialist tax matters, HMRC enquiries or work outside the agreed scope.
