The quote shown is an indicative fixed-fee estimate based on the information entered. It is subject to review and acceptance by Taxcandid Accountants Ltd. If the records, turnover, VAT position, payroll, pension, historic work, bookkeeping quality or tax complexity differ from the information provided, the fee may change.
The monthly payment amount shown is a way to spread the annual fee over 12 months. It is not a pay-as-you-go arrangement unless Taxcandid Accountants Ltd expressly agrees this in writing.
VAT return support, payroll, pension reporting, director Self Assessment tax returns, MTD support and other add-ons are priced from the answers entered in the quote form. Historic work, catch-up bookkeeping, poor records, high transaction volumes, ecommerce complexity, specialist tax, HMRC enquiries and work outside the selected package may be quoted separately.
No client relationship is formed until Taxcandid Accountants Ltd has accepted the engagement, completed required checks and issued or confirmed the relevant engagement terms.
You authorise Taxcandid Accountants Ltd to contact you using the details submitted in this quote form. You also understand that professional, identity, anti-money laundering and HMRC authorisation checks may be required before work starts.
This online process records your quote reference, terms version, terms file hash, date and time, IP address, browser details and checkbox confirmations for audit and administration purposes.
Final services, deadlines, responsibilities, limitations, cancellation terms and professional engagement responsibilities will be governed by the full engagement terms issued or made available by Taxcandid Accountants Ltd.
