The monthly pricing allows businesses to spread their cost over an accounting period but must pay the remaining balance when the accounting period ends.The accounts, tax returns and other compliances are completed after the yearend and thus a full fee is payable when accounts are prepared.
For Example: Business accounting period ends on 30 June 2024 & the business joins our monthly plan in January 2024, by 30 June 2024 six monthly instalments would have been collected through monthly plan, the remaining total of six instalments would be payable to match the accounting period. This allows businesses to pay full 12-month fee within their accounting periods for subsequent years.
